Feedback from our 2010 Library User Satisfaction Survey suggested that we offer more popular books for recreational reading. After investigating, we determined that a McNaughton Plan would be beneficial, which allows us to receive at least 10 of the latest popular titles at a time, keep them for as long as users want, and then we cab swap those titles out for newer ones! Currently, we have titles by Stephen King, Anita Shreve, Alice Hoffman, Jack McDevitt, and Susan Elizabeth Phillips. These titles are shelved in the Leisure Reading collection (across from the popular magazines) and recognizable by the green stripe along the bottom of the book. The loan period is four weeks for all SU borrowers. Come check them out!
