Please Read: Changes to Fines Coming Soon!

Very soon the Library will be changing the way it handles your library fines.  One option, which hasn’t changed, is to pay your fines immediately at the Library Circulation Desk.  What’s new is that after 30 days your fines will be transferred to the SU Cashier, and the Library will no longer be able to accept your payment.  The benefit of this change is that the Cashier will accept your credit card, as well as Gull Card or personal check, for payment.

November's Government Document of the Month

Document of the Month
November 2010

November’s Document of the Month is a theme, rather than a single document.  In honor of Veteran’s Day, the Government Documents department has prepared a display including three documents plus some very interesting facts about this important holiday.  You can find the display on the top two shelves at the beginning of the federal documents stacks.  Take a look at Honor & Fidelity: the 65th Infantry in Korea, 1950-1953 (D114.2:H75), U.S. Marines and Irregular Warfare, 1898-2007: Anthology and Selected Bibliography (D214.13:W23), A History of Innovation: U.S. Army Adaptation in War and Peace (D114.2:IN6).  If you would like to check out any of these documents, please take them to the Circulation Desk.
