New Trial for Statista!

Blackwell Library is pleased to announce a trial of a new database, Statista, running from now until April 13, 2013.

Statista is an electronic statistics database available through the website http://www.statista.com/. We are licensed by over 300 universities in the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the Netherlands.

A brief overview of Statista:

• Data aggregation platform with statistics, facts, and market data
• More than 100 areas of information – useful to students of all academic fields
• 9,000 studies and industry reports
• Over 18,000 North American, European, and Asian sources of information
• All statistics can be directly downloaded in JPG, Excel, and PowerPoint formats
• All data prepared according to academic citation standards, with links to the original source for further research
